WHAT IS MY ASHO?
My Asho (derived from the Yoruba word “aso” meaning cloth and pronounced “ash-awe”) is an online fashion concept, developed in 2008 to celebrate and promote the talent of African designers based throughout the world. We aspire to become a one-stop-shop for the best in authentic African inspired designs.

We work closely with all our designers and stylists, choosing beautiful pieces from their collections to offer to a savvy fashion-forward international audience. In addition, we work with local markets throughout Africa to bring you distinctive, one-off pieces which you can check out daily in the My Asho Market.

Most of the products on myasho.com are ethically handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, which means our customers can always be assured to find high-quality, inspired boutique style pieces at very affordable prices.

SHOPPING WITH US

We aim to provide our customers with a happy and enjoyable shopping experience. If you have any questions about any of our products, please do feel free to contact us. As most of our products are handmade, we are sometimes able to offer bespoke services such as custom-made tailoring and choice of fabrics for some items.

My Asho currently typically provides clothing in UK Sizes 8 – 14. However, if you require a different size, do contact us and we will endeavour to work to your specification. We also provide a free Custom Made Clothing service. Please refer to our size guide for further information.

Shopping from Africa

Ordering
Visit us at www.myasho.com, register or login (top right hand corner of the Site) and proceed to shop. Once you select the items you want to purchase, you will be directed to the shopping cart. Please select the Rest of World Standard Delivery option OR Global Express delivery option for faster shipping times.

Payment
After selecting your shipping option, please proceed to checkout and select the direct bank deposit option. Follow the instructions on the page and confirm your order.
My Asho will send you a confirmation email which will have comprehensive payment instructions on how to make payment at a Guaranty Trust Bank.
Once we receive the funds, we will ship your goods out to you.

Shipping
Items are shipped out via either UPS or DHL. All shipments can be tracked and will require a signature on delivery. For your peace of mind, you can leave a telephone number with us, which we pass on to the courier. They can contact you to confirm delivery address details.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your products, email us at enquiries@myasho.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods to advise that you would like to make a return or exchange. We can then arrange for a courier to pick up the items. Refunds will be paid via electronic transfer to bank accounts specified.

Secure Payment
My Asho is a global store and therefore we are happy to offer multiple currency options. We accept UK Sterling, Euros and United State Dollars. We offer highly secure options for payment, including PayPal and payment using most major debit and credit cards.

MyAsho.Com has also recently introduced an additional payment option for our customers shopping with us from Africa. The Direct Bank Deposit is easy, convenient and secure. You can shop with us online and pay offline at a Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank)
