My Asho is an online store which retails items produced by African designers based all over the world.
I am a designer. How do I get my products listed on My Asho?
If you are interested in being featured on My Asho, please send us images or provide a link to images of your forthcoming range of products. It would also be helpful if you included a retail price list and product descriptions. Our Purchasing Team who make the final decision on items displayed on the Site will contact you if they are interested in stocking your products. You can contact us here

Does My Asho have a physical shop?
My Asho is an online store. You can visit it 24 hours a day 7 days a week and we ship to most destinations around the world. We do have occasional pop-up stores around the world. Please sign up to our newsletter to remain informed on such events.

How do I find your products?
My Asho stocks over 100 different items on the site including womenswear clothing, bags and accessories. Simply visit us at www.myasho.com
and click on Clothing, Bags, Accessories. You can then narrow your view to include for example dresses (Clothing) or necklaces (Accessories) etc.
In addition we stock clothing and accessories for babies, young girls and boys. Simply click on the Childrens tab at the top of the page.
We also have some homeware items. Simply click on the House & Home tab at the top of the page
Alternatively, if you are looking for something specific, simply enter it in the search box on our homepage.
I am not shopping from the UK. How do I see the prices in a different currency?
My Asho accepts payment in different currencies including UK Pound Sterling (£ GBP), United States Dollar ($ USD), Euros (€ EUR) and Nigerian Naira (NGN). You can view prices in your preffered currency by visiting www.myasho.com

I see something that I like. How do I get more information about it?
We give detailed product descriptions on our product page. However, if you require further information about specific items including if they are available in different fabric prints, sizes or how they are made, please do contact us
I am not sure about UK sizes. How will I know this product will fit me?
Oh no. The item I wanted says “out of stock” Will it ever be restocked?
As most of our products are handmade in limited quantities, we do run out of stock very quickly. However, we are able to restock some items. Please contact us
if you require an item which is currently out of stock
I want to order an item, but it says delivery can take up to 3 weeks! Why is this?
We stock some very unique handmade pieces, some of which can take up to 120 hours to produce. We do try to anticipate demand for products, but in some cases we sell out before we are able to restock. We give an estimated dispatch date of up to 3 weeks, but aim to deliver much sooner than that. If you would like a more precise timeline for the dispatch of a particular product, please do contact us
Ok. I found the item I want. How do I buy it?
Once you are in the product page, simply click on “Add to Basket” and you will be directed to your shopping cart. Once here, you can add more products to your basket, or if you have finished shopping, you can enter promo codes, include a gift message, or proceed to checkout. You will need to select your delivery destination prior to checkout.

How do you ship your items?
Most of our items are shipped via Royal Mail. Express delivery items are shipped out via either UPS or DHL. All express delivery items can be tracked and will require a signature on delivery. For your peace of mind, you can leave a telephone number with us, which we pass on to the courier. They can contact you to confirm delivery address details.
How quickly will I get my order and how much will this cost me?
We deliver to most countries worldwide. Our shipping rates are as follows:
UK Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) £4.95
UK Next Day Delivery (for orders received before 12pm noon) £6.95
Europe Standard Delivery (3-8 working days) £5.95
USA/Canada Standard Delivery (3-8 working days) £8.95
Rest of World Standard Delivery (3-8 working days) £15.00
Global Express Delivery (1-3 days) £30
Orders will be dispatched to you provided
1) The item you have chosen is in stock
2) The delivery address has been verified
3) Payment has been approved
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund if they are returned within 28 days of receipt.

Ok. I have the items in my shopping cart. How do I pay?
My Asho is a global store and therefore we are happy to offer multiple currency options. We accept UK Sterling, Euros and United State Dollars. You can view your total amount in your preferred currency by visiting www.myasho.com
and clicking on the relevant currency symbol at the top right hand corner of the page.
We accept most international credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Maestro. We also accept payment via PayPal.
My Asho has also iintroduced an additional payment option for our customers shopping with us from Africa. The Direct Bank Deposit is easy, convenient and secure. You can shop with us online and pay offline at a Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank)
Hmm…I’m a bit skeptical. Is it safe for me to order online?
Online security is our biggest priority. We use SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal information through our systems. Our orders are processed through a secure checkout system provide by Secure Hosting Ltd. For additional security we also use MasterCard SecureCode.
Alternatively, you can make payments using PayPal.
We also offer payment via Direct Bank Deposit. Simply select the Direct Bank Deposit option during checkout and we will send you instructions on how to make the deposit.

My payment has been declined. What happened?
First of all don’t worry. This could be due to a number of reasons.
Please check the data you input into the system, especially fields such as the start date, expiry date and card type. Please note, for American Express cards, the security code are the 4 digits on the front of the card.
Alternatively, it could be that you have not registered with MasterCard SecureCode. To use this service, you will need to register with your bank or organization which issued your card. To find out more, please visit the MasterCard SecureCode website
We will send out an order confirmation email once we receive your order. Once you receive this email, please check your order and delivery details are correct. We will also provide an estimated dispatch date of your items in this email.
We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Depending on the delivery method you selected, this might include a tracking number for your item.
We are sorry that you are unhappy with your item.
Securely wrap and package the item(s) and send it together with the completed “Returns Form” which came with your order to the following address:
Once processed, the refunded amount will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
After selecting your shipping option, please proceed to checkout and select the direct bank deposit option. Follow the instructions on the page and confirm your order.
My Asho will send you a confirmation email which will have comprehensive payment instructions on how to make payment at a Guaranty Trust Bank.
Once we receive the funds, we will ship your goods out to you.

If you are not satisfied with your products, email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods to advise that you would like to make a return or exchange. We can then arrange for a courier to pick up the items. Refunds will be paid via electronic transfer to bank accounts specified.
